Our Story: A History of Miracles

In 1972, God spoke to Prophet Martin to lay hands on the building that is now Victory Temple Church. The journey of Prophet Martin's Bible deliverance ministry began when the doors opened in June 1974, and a little 8-year-old girl received her sight in that very first service.

Victory Temple is a Bible-believing, Pentecostal, Deliverance Church where expectations are met through Jesus Christ. Over the years, we have witnessed thousands being saved, healed, delivered, and set free under the power of God. Now over the age of 80, Prophet Martin continues to be obedient to his calling "to preach the gospel to the poor."

Prophet Martin and Ms. Peggy are the proud parents of 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandsons. They remain active in the ministry and pastor Victory Temple full-time.

God has given Prophet Martin a message of victory to share with a world that has no hope. Through special gifts and talents, he has touched people's hearts uniquely, whether behind prison bars or in churches across America.
